This radio is in excellent working condition - with antenna tuner installed and tested - just completely aligned and the dot problem has been eliminated. Meter light has LED mod installed. Memory battery is brand new. Unit transmits at a full 100 watts. The Mars and 10hz frequency display modification has been completed. 

This radio is in EXCELLENT working condition and very good physical condition - the keypad and bezel as well as the case of this tranceiver show wear from typical use.

This TS440SAT does not have any optional filters installed. The CW filter and the SSB filter as well as the VS-1 Voice synthesizer are all available in our Ebay store. If you require this transceiver set up in a certain way or with a combination of accessories, please email us and we will quote you thru Ebay.

As with all of our radios / transceivers, all known issues have been addressed on this transceiver. This means that the dot problem has been corrected - conductive glue removed from the internals. (search Kenwood TS440s dot problem) It is generally understood that the TS440s either has been remedied of the dot problem permanently or it will eventually get the problem - please be aware of this possible issue when purchasing an TS440s!

Please know that when you purchase this radio, it will come to you carefully packed and as if it were new. It will not be dirty inside or out or have any adverse odor. It will have been cleaned and tested fully and lubricated to work as quietly as possible so that when you provide it power, it will operate as intended. This TS-440 comes with a 5 foot power cable and the owners manual on CD as shown. If you need a microphone, please email us after your purchase and we will put a Kenwood MC43 in the package before shipping.

Our technical staff is very well versed in this equipment and they have inspected, tested, lubricated and repaired (if necessary) your purchase before it was listed for sale.
