You are looking at beautiful vintage WW2 Military Sniper Mosin Nagant PU 91/30 Rifle scope. I got this scope few years back from Russia Thinking that I will put it on my Mosin Rifle. I Never got to it so its time to sell it to someone who will actually do it. Overall condition of the scope is good considering what its been through. Scope is made from steel and heavy.
