NEW IN UNOPENED PACKAGE

I don't know anything about these.  This antenna is gold anodized metal and is new in the package.  Purchased at a recent estate sale.  It has never been opened or used.  However, there are some small tears to the plastic bag from storage only.

I saw it mentioned somewhere in relation to cellular phones though I couldn't find that mentioned for this model nor could I find one with the "PL" after VG1505.  I figure you will know if you are looking.

There are 2 sections of poles and the longest is appx. 48" the other appx. 47" and there is an additional smaller metal part along with instructions.  I have tried to show pics of all of this.
