About Payment

• We accept PayPal payment and Credit/Debit card through PayPal.
• We ship the item to the address provided during checkout. Please make sure address is correct before submit payment.
• We will charge 9% sales tax on orders from California.
• Please submit payment within 7 days or else eBay will automatically open an unpaid item dispute on your account.

About Shipping

• All Domestic shipments are shipped via Fedex or USPS.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes so please provide your physical address as shipping address.
• USPS Priority is STRICTLY for AK, VI, PR, APO, FPO buyers ONLY, Please DO NOT choose this as an express service if you are in the Continental 48 states.
• International buyers are responsible for all Brokerage Fees and Duty Tax, these fees are not charged by us, and are not included in the total amount of the auction. If you have any question regarding why you are being charged this fee, please refer to your government official website.
• We participated in eBay's Fast and Free shipping program and we ship all orders in the same business day (cut off time is 2:00pm). Satuarday, Sunday and public holidays are not considered as business days.

If you do not like what you received...

• We have a 60 days money back guaranteed program, contact us if you want to return the product.
• We will take the item back and issue full refund of item price to you.
• Item must be in their original consdition and no signs of being installed or used.
• Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
• Shipping and handling are not refundable

If you received damaged or broken...

• Please check the item upon delivery, to make sure the item is not damaged.
• Please contact us with a picture of the broken item attached, and we will file a damage claim with the shipping carrier. No claims will be honored 30 days after the item is received.
• Do not send the product back without contact us, otherwise it might prolong the return process because we have no information about the case
• Please allow 24-48 hours for us to process your return request and we will assign a RMA case number for you to return the item for an exchange.
• We cannot send out replacements without reeiving the items back.

If your item is defective...

• We stand behind our products and all TurboMetal product is with lifetime warranty.
• Please keep your eBay item number as a reference so that you can get an exchange if the item is defective.
• If the item is defective after 60 days, customer is responsible for the return shipping fee and shipping fee for the replacement. If the item is defective within 60 days, we will cover all shipping fee and get you a replacement.
