These are brand new replacement keyboard membranes for the Commodore Amiga A500 and A500+ Home Computer. Subject to testing, these membranes should also suit the later C= A4000 and Escom A4000T keyboards with springs under each key)
Please note that the A500 was supplied
with at least 3 different types of keyboard membrane - one version by
Samsung had 2 keyboard connectors and these keyboard membranes will NOT
fit. There appear to have also been keyboards made by Cherry (with the
C= key instead of the left Amiga key) and by NME (these have red Amiga
keys)
However, we have
worked with the manufacturers to ensure that these replacement keyboard
membranes work on both the A500 and A500+ models which have a single
keyboard connector - the Mitsumi membranes (part numbers 56 A619A and 56
A619B) both with and without the extra blank / international keys (ie
94 and 96 key versions).
Before ordering, please check that your model uses a Mitsumi keyboard membrane
Apologies for the UK postage rates - as these are now classed as a medium parcel due to their length, it is expensive to send them within the UK (about £2 more expensive than sending to Europe!)

the anticipated delivery dates shown on ebay are best case scenarios -
customers in Spain, Italy, Greece and Portugal especially can expect to
wait for around 4 weeks on average for airmail items to arrive -
customers in the Russian Federation report even longer delays - if you
want tracking and international priority - we can add this to your
order, but it costs an extra £5.20 +11% to cover the ebay fee (!). On the other hand, you could be
lucky and receive the item in a few days (fastest has been to Germany -
just 3 days!).
Please beware that due to the size of these
membranes, they are sent in a large cardboard envelope (60cm x 16cm) -
so you will normally have to collect them from your local post office -
they have sometimes been returned to us 6 months later 'not collected' -
so persevere !! Some posties have even bent them up to fit through a letter box so be careful!
We cannot be held responsible for delays in the
handling of these items by your local post office - we generally post
them out on the day of purchase (except for items bought after 4pm, or
on a Saturday / Sunday), where they are posted the next day. We cannot
offer a replacement / refund for items not delivered until after 20
working days (for Europe) or 30 working days (rest of world) - in line
with the Royal Mail's claim and investigation processes.
