Returns and Exchanges:

- We offer a standard 60-day return policy for refunds and exchanges. Items must be returned in new, unused condition. Original shoe box/bag and other components (Shoe Laces, Studs, etc.) must be returned as well. Please do not tape the shoe box closed and use the shoe box as the return vessel.

- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. However, we will certainly provide a return label if there was a shipping error on our end (Ex: We send the customer the wrong shoe size, color, etc.). If you received the wrong shoes in error, please contact us for a resolution. Picture verification may be requested. A paid return label will be provided to the customer in the event that a shipping error is confirmed.

- We also offer 1 free exchange with every order. This means that we will pay the shipping costs to send out the exchanged item. The customer is still responsible for returning the shoes back to us.

- Used shoes will not be accepted and are Subject to rejection.

- For returns, please be sure to include a note stating your item number, eBay user Id, and return reason. Please allow 2-4 business days for returns to be processed once received.
