Our whole inventory comes from major stores such as Macy's, Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack and many more. Please read all our descriptions carefully. Some of our inventory does not come in boxes or packaging. Items that have their box and/or packaging will be shipped that way.

-There is a 10% Restocking fee if shoes do not fit or you simply do not want them.  Buyer pays for return costs.

 

 

SIZES

SOME SHOES VARY IN SIZE DEPENDING ON BRAND OR STYLES.  PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU HAVE ISSUES WITH SIZING AND WE WILL GLADLY WORK SOMETHING OUT WITH YOU.  WE DO NOT PRINT THE SIZES ON THE SHOES, WE SIMPLY BUY AND SELL.  WE DO NOT MANUFACTURE THE SHOES.

 

PAYMENT

- Once a bid has been placed, it is legally binding contract of purchase.

- Payment must be received within 3 working days of time purchased however, if this is not possible please let us know to discuss a solution. Paypal only.

-If payment has not been received within 4 days of purchase then a NONPAYING BUYER DISPUTE will be filed.

- If for any reason you are the winning bidder or make a purchase and later find that it's not your size or don't want it. But a label has already printed and you wish to cancel order after that, you will be deducted for the label printed and refunded the rest.

ADDRESS CHANGE

- Please make sure your eBay address is up to date before purchasing and paying. eBay's protocol for sellers is to ship to the address on file. We will NOT be responsible for address change.  If another label is printed and you wish to change the address we can absolutely do that for you but only at your expense.

 

COMBINED SHIPPING

Use Ebay's set up method for combining your orders. Instead of buying straight from the listing, put your items in the cart and when you have chosen all the items you want from the seller, you can check out.  When you do that there is an option to request total from seller.  You click on that, and the seller can then send a combined shipping invoice. We CANNOT change the shipping costs when direct Buy It Now is used.
