A 1st pressing of BLIND FAITH on the Polydor UK label from 1969. Matrix A1/B1. The heavy set vinyl comes housed in an original 1st issue cover - these are quite easy to identify. The cover is manufactured from one piece of card and then another piece was glued on the right hand side of the interior to form the pocket. Later copies are not made in this way and this is definitively an early copy from around the time of release. Also included is the original inner sleeve 'plastic bags warning'.

Vinyl (Vg/Vg+) Remains in nice condition but has seen moderate use. Under close inspection there are a number of light marks either side, but nothing feelable or likely to cause issue. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a VERYGOOD+ level of playback with one deviation. The audio comes across with good clarity and light interference in places. There's a touch of light static in a few of the tracks, slightly more so in 'Sea of Joy', but by and large it is not invasive and you still get a very decent standard of playback. The early copies were far more solidly built than later copies and the audio has that warmth too that is sadly not present just a few years later.

Cover (Vg+) Not too bad at all. Yes, there's a bit of handling wear but nothing that stands out. There's some edge wear, but the text on the spine is readable. The interior is in excellent condition and appears  to be largely unaffected by the usual ageing. Overall the cover retains good rigidity too. Please note there is a signature on the rear - see pic.

Inner (Vg) Side splits that have been taped up.
