Returns
We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it to us for a refund within 60 days of delivery.
Return instructions for Buyers:
1. Find the item under My eBay and select Purchase history
2. Locate the item and select Return this item from the More actions drop down menu
3. Select the reason to return this item and include a message to the BootBarnInc
4. Click Start return
5. We’ll be assisting on the return within 3 business days or less to advise next steps
Having issues with your return?
If you do not know your order number, or it's been greater than 60 days since you made your purchase simply contact us via eBay Messages with your full name, address and the style number(s) of the products you ordered. Once we receive your message, we will reply with a copy of your order confirmation, which will have your order number. Please allow up to 1 business day for a response.
Please allow a minimum of 6 business days from the date of the item being returned; for us to process your return and issue a refund. You’ll be notified via eBay once we’ve processed the returned product(s). We’ll refund the value of the merchandise total. We’re sorry, but we don’t credit shipping costs for returned orders; unless error lies with bootbarninc. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
