The camera itself is in very good fully
working order, with all shutter speeds
apparently working fine and the lens
focus system and the rangefinder system
works perfectly fine. And as one can
see herein - the camera leather is perfect.
The topside of the camera body at the
flash shoe how some minor scratches
- but only in and about the flash shoe
area - from use apparently.
The focal plane shutter is in perfect
condition as well and has
no wrinkles or holes or bends to
the end of each shutter leaf;

The bottom of the camera
however on the outside
has a crudely scratched
in number and then is crudely
scratched out - which is cosmetically
not pleasing - but if one has a bad
Nikon S2 body with dents, blown shutter or
not working or has bad leather etc, but has
a good back, here you go - you can
swap!
NIKON NIKKOR camera
lens that
has
no chips, scratches
defects. Focuses smoothly
and runs through the "F"
stops smoothly as well.
The f 1.4 lens is a very clean example ready
for immediate use. Has a SERIAL
NO. 377662.
Though not what is being
sold but being included is the
original screw-on Nikon
sunshade ring which has a
deteriorated dried out rubber
"shade" that can possibly be
replaced if required. But this
ring is the original Nikon
equipment and is uncommon
to find.
Over-all a great working
NIKON E2 with a super
clean f 1.4 NIKKOR lens
and bottom half of a leather
case.
