please note that although every effort is taken to ensure that your parcel will reach you in 2-3 days uk .. 7- 20 days EU and 10-25 days ROW 1st class ... we would like to inform you on behalf of ROYAL MAIL that if it has not reached you in the first 7 days you must seek advice at your local mail sorting office .. as the couriers and postmen do not always have enough cards to let you know that they tried to deliver your parcel .. as we have many returns when customers have said their parcel has not been delivered .. and the reason ROYAL MAIL return to the seller is always that it was not picked up at the local sorting office .. this could save you and me alot of time as you will get your item sooner and i will be able to account for stock control in a more managable way if i do not have to keep re-sending parcels out ..
