We can unlock pretty much any mobile broadband dongle and data card available on the UK market.

The unlocking service will include:
removing simlock (so the dongle can take any sim)
upgrading firmware to the newest available version
(in some cases E220, E169, E169G, K4505... this will rise the max speed as well)
loading customised generic manufacturers connection manager
(when possible - majority of Huawei, Option and ZTE dongles)
The software loaded is guaranteed to be compatible with Windows XP/Vista/7 32/64bit
please mind that this operation will replace the original content of virtual CD drive with the generic customised software so if you want to keep it you might ask us to skip this step or simply burn it on CD or copy it onto your hard drive.
activating Voice feature - making and receiving phone calls
(when possible - majority of Huawei dongles)
activating all available bands (some Option dongles)
testing the dongle with few different 3G sim cards to make sure it's properly unlocked and working
returning the dongle to you via recorded delivery

Any other dongle will be charged £8 + £2 (or £6) return postage as stated in the listing.

We will only return your dongle to the address provided by paypal unless you have paid via postal order.

Your dongle will be posted back within one working day upon receiving (you will be informed if any delay occurs) tracking number will be available on request.
Please use 1st class recorded (or Special) delivery only and always obtain certificate of posting from Post Office.
Please send as your dongle/data card ONLY in bubble wrapped envelope (large letter size) - we won't need: sim cards, boxes, manuals, cables etc.
If your dongle will arrive damaged (especially with bent, squeezed or wobbling USB connector) we won't unlock it unless you agree to repair it (cost to be agreed) otherwise if the risk of damaging the dongle during the unlocking process will in our opinion be to high it will be returned untouched and you will receive a refund (postage is not refundable)
Although the software we are loading onto dongles in most cases contains Linux and MAC OS connection manager/drivers we cannot guarantee that the dongle will work on any operating systems other than Windows XP/Vista/7 because we are unable to test it.
However unlocking process will not affect the dongle's ability to work with other operating systems so if for example it worked fine with MacBook before using the original network provider's software nothing will change.
