aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2.00 PM on a working day on the same day. Please note, we
do not dispatch on weekends and bank holidays. Tracking numbers are emailed on dispatch.

within UK are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service. Delivery takes 2 to 3 working days for mainland UK and can take more for other areas.
- Next Working Day Delivery (including before 9.00 AM) is available for UK customers at extra cost.
Please make sure you place the order before 3.00 PM for item to be sent the
same day.
- International
items are dispatched via Royal Airmail International Tracked/Signed for Service.
- Express delivery is available for International customers via FedEx. Please chose the Express International Postage option at checkout for that service.

To help you accomplish complete satisfaction with our Cliphair products, we provide expert guidance to help you choose the best possible products to suite your needs. We do understand that sometimes a product just doesn't quite fit, so if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you are free to return the product for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Hair
Extensions are a hygiene product so should be returned in the same condition as
received. Please note that we cannot accept any used/worn or tempered
product. Please check the colour and length before removing extensions
from their packaging. If any part of the packaging (including the golden
hygiene band) has been removed, we reserve the right to refuse exchange /
refund.
We offer FREE COLOUR EXCHANGES. In case
the colour is not right, you can send us a hair snippet /sample of old
extensions; OR send photos to advice@Cliphair.co.uk to
get correct colour match. Exchanges are processed within 24-72 hours of
receiving the item back.
Refunds are given less any postage cost as
standard, unless the item is defective on receipt in which case we
will refund you the postage cost.
Buyer is responsible for the return postage costs to us, unless the item is defective. We provide FREEPOST returns label for items being returned within UK.
Our extensions are made from 100% Remy Human Hair, however they have to cared for slightly differently than your own hair. We have made a quick summary of hair extensions do’s and don’ts for you.
DO’s
- You can curl, tong & straighten (GHDs) them. Always apply heat protection spray before using straighteners on them.
- You can wash hair extensions.
- You can dye them upto two shades darker, but do not lighten or bleach them. We recommend to perform a strip test on a small piece of the hair first. Once hair has been dyed we cannot be held responsible for the dying process.
DON'T’s
- Don’t use products containing alcohol as they can dry out the extensions.
- Don’t use shampoo designed for volume or for dyed hair
- Don't wear your extensions to bed; always take them out first
- Do not store your extensions in the plastic packaging. Store them in cotton or a breathable material.
- Don't wear your extensions for swimming and try not to get them wet in the rain
