    All purchases with a cleared payment by 2.00PM are posted that same day Mon-Fri. except for bank holidays.
    Our delivery costs are competitively low with many items with free delivery and sent by Royal Mail tracked as standard which does require a signature upon delivery.
    A guaranteed next day special delivery option is also available at ebay checkout at the time of paying at extra cost.
    We obtain proof of postage for every delivery and do have a claims procedure for lost or delayed items. Part of our customer service is to process this claim for you. We do guarantee every customer will receive their item or a full refund

    We have an excellent returns policy with a no quibble money back guarantee. You may return any 'buy it now' purchased item for any reason for either a full refund or an exchange within 14 days of receipt.You must ensure you return your item with your ebay details to help speed up your refund.
    In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, or underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed,
    Also No Exchange or refund if there is any signs of cigarrette smoke,odour,detergent,perfume make-up etc 
    unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags & labels intact.We will only refund return delivery costs if the goods are faulty but for all other returns delivery costs to be paid by you.
