By sure to read the anti-theft feature 3. on page 17

It is recommended that an Anti-seize compound like Permatex 133 be applied to the valve stem threads.

Use the supplied tool for installation and removal of the sensors.

·         We accept all forms of payment available through PayPal. We request that you complete the checkout within 5 days of your first auction closing. Payment must clear within 7 days of auction close. 

·         A sales tax will be applied to customers in Michigan. 

·         Please be sure to ask all questions and await for our response prior to bidding. When you bid, you are obligating yourself to the auction in the event that you will win.

·         Products will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payments are received and cleared.

·         Please note that the buyer is responsible for any applicable Broker, Customs, and Duty fees upon delivery on International Orders.

We are a Surplus Store and we strive to offer the best merchandise at the lowest price.  While some of our merchandise is items we keep in-stock, other items we offer are only while supplies last. Some items we list might be scratch and dent and might have slight cosmetic flaws. If this is the case it will be stated in the listing and will not be grounds for a refund or exchange. We will however offer a refund or exchange of said merchandise in DOA (dead on arrival) cases. We do ask that you contact us before returning the item.

Can I pick up my item?

You are welcome to pick your item up here at the store. However, You will be charged tax if paying here at the store.

What are your customer support hours?

We are opened for business from 9-5 Monday through Friday and 9-2 on Saturday.

Can I combine shipping on tires?

Our size 13” and 14” tires in pairs is the most economical way to ship them.

For larger tire orders, or 3 or more of the 15” or 16” tires please call me. We might be able to reduce your shipping charges by utilizing freight shipping.

Why am I being charged a sales tax?

We are required to collect sales tax from residents that live in our state.

Are the pictures in your ad the actual picture of the item?

Yes, they are pictures of the actual item. However, the picture may be a Stock photo of an item that we have listed as a multiple quantity item, or an item that we continually re-list. The photo will be an accurate representation of the item you will receive.

How do I know if this will fit my vehicle?

Please check the picture, vehicle dimensions, and specification section of our ad to be sure. You can also call us and we will be happy to assist you any way possible. Please note that we are a Surplus Store and our inventory changes daily and I am not an expert on many of the items we have listed. I will try to help you any way possible to get the answers that you need though.
