If within 30 days from the date of purchase you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, first contact us to obtain return authorization, then, send the item back in original condition, postage pre-paid for a refund of the purchase price less shipping charges paid on the original order. It is important to know that any C.O.D fees ,import tax or customs/broker handling charges incurred by us for returned products will be deducted from the original product purchase price.

All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging including manuals, accessories, etc. . We are not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Products to be returned should be packed carefully and shipped in appropriate protective packaging. Subsequently, we will provide a refund or exchange only after receiving the item.
