Shipping, Questions and Feedback
How will my item be posted? Items will be posted in sealed air bubble envelope, and jewellery will be in own sealed plastic bag via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class. Check our listing details. We keep things simple to keep costs down and give you the best price possible with good quality items.
Can I return an item? Returns on body jewellery are not accepted because due to hygiene reasons, unless it is faulty or any other issues arise with your order. Please check Purchase Details below for the category of item you have purchased for details.
I have an issue with my order, how do I contact you? If you have any sort of query or issue with the item please contact us first as customer satisfaction is our main priority, please do not promptly leave any negative feedback without giving us an opportunity to resolve your concern. Any unfair feedback will result in a permanent block from purchasing from our store as we work very hard to make sure our customers are happy, so we feel it is unfair if no made to contact us.

Purchase Details
Body Jewellery
Your piercing must be fully healed to wear any of the items listed on our store! Aftercare is important before changing your jewellery. Any allergies to metal alloys are the knowledge of the wearer and this is the buyers responsibility. All materials are listed.
-Wash your hands. (As with wearing any new item of body jewellery)
-Clean an area on a flat, hard surface such as a bathroom counter. Use simple soap and water with clean paper towels to thoroughly. Wash hands again.
-Use an alcohol wipe to clean your jewellery to make it sterile. If you don't have alcohol wipes don't despair use boiling water/alcohol to sanitise the metal (avoid any gems or stones!)
-Lay out a clean paper towel to place your now sterilised jewellery before wearing it.
-Wear your item of ewellery with assistance if needed.
Rings
All rings have a warranty period of 3 months. All rings need to kept dry and taken off before washing hands or contact with water. Any missing gems/broken rings due to not handling the items properly will not carry a warranty. Sizing is the responsibility of the purchaser, please refer to ring charts for conversions.
Clothing
Used items cannot be returned. Please ensure the size is correct before purchase. Any items that do not fit may be returned. All returns are inspected closely. Items not fitting due to sizing errors, buyer must pay return postage costs.
International Buyers- We welcome buyers from all around the world. We use the Global Shipping programme so please check if your country is eligible. We don't offer international postage yet but watch this space!
