Greetings! This is DaliDe with another Dali` offering!
Visit my eBay store Dali art for a rarely seen Dali' art.
This is a offering for a custom one of a kind only matting & framing presentation by myself to honor the genius Salvador Dali`.
My Dali's have sold to businesses, galleries, colleges & to thousands of happy walls of Dali`!
Salvador Dali did the illustrations for a 1969 re-printing of the book Lewis Carroll's classic "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland".
This is a rare newer reprinting which I got from Australia. I have never seen one before. I do not the year this was done, so to be safe I must say it is new.
This artwork is named " A Mad Tea Party"
Full of classic iconic Dali' images including
melting clocks, keys and butterflies,
This print is a Giclee and printed on high quality acid free 220 gsm canvas paper, which gives exceptional detail and color
This print was not bound into the book, they were laid in, after the book was bound.
The art measures 6 1/2 x 9 inches.
Matted with 2 acid free high quality custom cut fabric material beveled mats.
The inner mat is a grass green linen material beveled mat.
The outer mat is a rich cream colored linen fabric material beveled mat.
The matting works beautifully with the art.
Framed in a beautiful ornate, strong & sturdy heavy wood frame. The frame coloring is a bronze / copper colored frame.
The Frame measures 13 3/4 x 16 3/4 inches
Frame has a 1 1/2 inch ornate border design & is one inch thick.
Professionally finished off on the backside of the frame with dust protection paper & picture wire hanging fixtures.
I custom mat and frame my Dali art with great care to bring out the best in Dali's art.
