Delivery

Upon receipt of your payment we will begin processing your order and aim to despatch it within 24 hours, UK delivery is free and we offer a selection of postage upgrades at checkout, simply follow the instructions when prompted. Once your item leaves our warehouse you will receive an email notification advising its on its way. If you select a courier service and provide a mobile number on your order, we will endeavour to send you text alerts with the status of your delivery. Estimated delivery times are listed below:-

UK Delivery:
Royal Mail Free Delivery : 4-6 Working Days
Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery : 2-3 Working Days
DPD Parcels : Next Day (if your order reaches us by 1pm)

International Delivery:
Europe : 7-10 working days
Rest of the World : 10-15 days
DPD Classic : 2-3 days (available in Ireland / France & Germany only)

Please note: These are working days, weekends and national holidays are excluded from these estimates, due to delays in customs we ask international buyers to allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Products are transported safely according to EU legislation and the carrier’s policies (i.e. compliant packaging and labelling with EU standards, with this in mind we reserve the right to switch the advertised courier to ensure compliance and safe transport)

International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Returns

Your purchase is covered under the Distance Selling Regulations. If you change your mind or the item is not suitable, you may return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of sale, you will be responsible for the costs to return the goods which must be in a new and resellable condition. Faulty / damaged goods can be returned to us within 30 days for replacement or refund we will also re-imburse your postage costs, alternatively we may ask you to provide a photograph of the fault/damage. Please ensure you contact us prior to returning goods to obtain an RMA number, items returned without the appropriate documentation will result in delays in processing.

Terms

In order to qualify for Paypal Seller Protection we are only able to ship items to the address provided on the order and are unable to change this once the order has been submitted.

If you change your mind we will gladly refund any item returned to us unopened within 30 days of purchase sealed in the original packaging and in a resellable condition, buyer accepts all return postage costs. (Excludes items sold as used) please note restocking fee applies, enquire when requesting a refund.

If you purchased an item from us and the item is defective (within the first 30 days) we will replace it free of charge, alternatively we will offer a full refund upon receipt of the faulty goods. If you purchased an item from us and the item becomes defective after 30 days we will at our discretion replace it free of charge, or alternatively we will ask you to exercise the manufacturers warranty provided with your goods. Items returned as faulty that are right when tested will be returned at the buyers expense.
