NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: (whether used or unused)

A customer may return an item for an exchange or refund even if the item is in working condition. If a customer does not like the bluetooth then he or she can return it for an exchange for another model or a refund. The refund amount will be the amount paid minus the shipping charges

RMA Number: Your RMA will be your eBay username.
