All packages that are returned to us by FedEx as undeliverable are subject to an additional shipping charge to re-ship the item. If we attempt to contact a buyer and do not receive a response within 3 days of receiving the item, the transaction will be subject to cancellation and a restocking fee.
We only ship to FedEX-validated addresses. We do not ship to Freight forwarders.
Please make sure the ship to address is correct at the time of payment. We are not responsible for packages that are shipped to the incorrect address due to buyer error.
Returns due to functionality issues or damage from shipping may require images to be sent through the eBay member to member communication system before an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) can be provided.
If the item is not packaged properly to arrive in the condition it was originally sent, it is subject to being returned or may not be eligible for a full refund.
For functionality, this item comes with a 90 day warranty from the date of delivery. If a problem occurs, please contact us with a detailed description of the issue so we can assist you. If we are unable to assist, we will issue an RMA form, and in some cases a prepaid label to have the item sent back for a replacement. If a replacement is needed, the same model will be sent.
If an item cannot be replaced due to lack of inventory, a full refund will be issued in place of an exchange.

Turnaround time once the non-working item is received is 1-3 business days, depending on the extent of testing required.
The original unit must be sent back before a replacement can be sent.
