Return Policy:
Every item is inspected for defects prior to shipping. Returns accepted and refunds made on new merchandise only and under the condition that the item is returned in unopened, unused, undamaged condition. Since the items we sell are collectables, the factory packaging should still appear new with no signs of damage including tears scratches and dents. The item must be returned in the original shipping container and packed with care to prevent damage to the item and its factory packaging. Items received with damaged factory packaging due to improper packing for shipment will be refused. Refunds will be made for the original purchase price less the original shipping cost. Items purchased with free shipping will have the original shipping deducted from the refund.
