DELIVERY RATES STANDARD UK DELIVERY within the UK including the Highlands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. We use Royal Mail 24 & Royal Mail 48 depending on size and weight. Expected Delivery within 1-7 working days.

SPECIAL EXPEDITED UK DELIVERY available as an option for many of our ebay listings, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery for orders less than 2kg in weight, orders above 2kg will be sent using UPS. Expected Delivery Next Working Day.

Q. My Order has not arrived yet?

A. We dispatch most items using Royal Mail within the UK unless otherwise stated or if your order is over a certain value or weight, this is at our discretion. Once the parcel has been dispatched you will receive an e-mail notifying you that dispatch has taken place. Q. I live off Mainland UK, do you deliver or charge extra postage?

A. No, for items weighing less than 2kg we use Royal Mail, this service does not cost us any extra to send to places like Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Shetland Isles, Jersey or Guernsey etc, so we do not charge you any extra.

Q. I want to place an order but I need them delivering Next Day, do you offer this service?

A. Yes, we use either Royal Mail Special Delivery or one of our Couriers and can send orders next day delivery as long as the item/items are in stock. Please contact us to check before Ordering.

Q. How long do I have to return an unwanted item?

A. We have a 14 Day Returns Policy, you can return your item within this timescale as long as the item is in 'as new condition', unworn with no signs of wear and with the original tags and packaging. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for items which have been used, where the packaging has been damaged or lost or where the item has not been reasonably taken care of.

Q. How do I return an Item?

A. If you require a different size/colour or wish to be Refunded then please return the item/items to the address on your invoice. Please also include a copy of the invoice along with a note to say which option you would like. You will need to pay for your own Return Postage, please remember to get a receipt to prove postage. If you require a new size/colour sending back to you then we have a Standard Postage Fee of £2.95 (for UK Mainland Buyers), this is to help cover our costs to send the new item to you. Please send a Cheque or Postal Order made payable to: Cissbury Retail or you can send the payment via PayPal to our email address on your invoice. Once we have received your item/items then we will process your return.

Q. What if my item is Faulty or if I have received the wrong item?

A. If you have received an incorrect item or you feel that your item is Faulty then please contact us either through the amazon website or by telephoning us on 01903 877055, we will be able to send you a postage paid returns label so that you can return the item back to us for either a Full Refund or a Replacement.

Q. What if I live outside Mainland UK and I wish to return my item?

A. If you have ordered an item and you are from outside the UK Mainland and you wish to return it for a different size then please contact us, we can then give you a shipping cost to send the new size to you. We are here to help you.

Q. What shipping methods do you use?

A. Our Standard Shipping will be Royal Mail, we do also use UPS depending on the size, value and weight of an order, some items will require a signature upon receipt so please select a delivery address where someone will be available to receive.

Q. I have not received my order, what should I do?

A. If you have received a Dispatch Confirmation Email and you have not received your order within 5 working days then please check with your Neighbours as the Postman can sometimes leave parcels with them if you were unavailable, also check with your local Royal Mail Sorting Office as they may have your parcel awaiting collection. If your order was sent using one of our couriers then a card will have been left with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery or collection from your local depot. If you have not received anything within 10 working days please contact is using the eBay messaging system.

Returns

If you require a different size or wish to be refunded then please return the item/items to the address on your invoice. Please also include a copy of the invoice along with a note to say which option you would like. Unfortunately we cannot cover your return postage costs unless an item is faulty or we have sent the incorrect item to you. If you require an alternative size/colour sending back to you then we have a Standard Return Postage Fee of £2.95 to anywhere within the UK, this is to help cover our postage costs to send the new item to you. Payment can be made by sending a cheque/postal order made payable to 'Cissbury Retail', alternatively you can pay by PayPal using our email address. We aim to Process all Returns as quickly as possible.

Q. I have changed my mind and would like a refund.

A. Please return your item/items to the address on your invoice, please state that you require a refund, once we have received your item/items back safely then we will process your refund as quickly as possible and will refund back to the original form of payment that you used.

Q. What if my item/items are faulty?

A. If you find that your item/items are faulty please contact us straight away, we will either replace your item/items or offer you a Full Refund, we can send you a postage paid returns mailbag so that you can return the item/items for Free.
