Terms of Sale
We are dedicated toward satisfied sale and if you have any problem with the product & delivery full refund will be provided. However returns must include all items undamaged, in its original condition and original packaging within 14 days. Please ensure that you include all the relevant details such as eBay ID, your email address, the item number and your full contact detail otherwise this will result in a delay or your return item not being processed. We cannot refund any postage for unwanted items or items ordered by mistake.
All faulty products must be reported within 7 working days of delivery. Any faulty items must be returned to us and we will cover the return of this carriage once the item is back with us.
