SHIPPING
Shipping usually takes 1-3 business days via Priority Mail at USPS from Monday to Friday.
Transit times may vary during holiday season.
We may ship it on the same day if the order is completed in the early morning (PST).
ATTENTION
-      If you wish to have a cheaper shipping service like USPS-First Class, please contact us. We will make a quote for you.
-      Please consider the delay time during holiday season like New Year, Christmas, Labor Day, Thanksgiving,… so please don’t count on shipping time feedback since its beyond our control.

-      For international shipping, it may take more time than expected time since it has to go through CUSTOM depend on each country so please don’t count on this one too since its out of our control.

-      It’s very important to us so please contact us before you leave NEGATIVE feedback or open any dispute on ebay or paypal.
-      Leaving a negative feedback would not resolve any problem so if you decide to leave us the negative feedback then the problem would never be solved as we consider that you give up the right to solve your problems.

RETURN/EXCHANGE
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days.
I will issue a refund or exchange the item for a different size / color if preferred.
NOTE
I wont refund the shipping cost plus 10% off of the price you paid. For example, if you paid $20 for the item, the shipping cost is $2.
I wont refund $2 for you since it comes to the shipping company. And another 10% off so the total refund will be $18.
If you want to exchange, you will have to pay the shipping cost back and forth. For example, you may have to pay $5.95 to ship it back to me and another $5.95 for me to ship it back to you again.
