All UK customers orders if not stated are sent Royal Mail recorded and all international customers orders are sent Royal Mail international signed for. Under the Distance Selling Regulation each UK customer by law is entitled to a 7 day cooling off period from receipt of purchase within which time you have the right to withdraw from the purchase. Returns will only be accepted back in the original condition with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Returns will be refunded within 1-2 working days of receipt.
