Goodswagon is a Leicester based business which specialises in Office Products, Office Furniture and Clearance Deals - We are open for business and collections Monday to Friday - 8.30 till 5.30 excluding Bank Holidays.

Items must be paid for and collected within 7 days of purchase. We prefer Paypal payments for goods which we are shipping or you can pay cash or card on collection if we are not sending out to you. We use a code at the end of the item title - this is our own stock reference and not to be confused with any manufacturer's reference codes.

Please Check your delivery is not damaged before signing for goods - any claims for damaged goods can not be made if you have signed for the goods in good condition - signing unchecked or unexamined will not stand - please make 3rd parties signing on your behalf aware of this.

Extra Large Items (eg. Furniture) - Local Pick Up - Normally we would ask all customers to pick up the item from our warehouse in Leicester - however have found a 7 day courier who offers a limited delivery service in the UK at a sensible price (most carriers charge £60 for oversized items). This service can vary depending on your location with some areas having only early or late deliveries or Saturday service which could be a problem if you require delivery to a business. We do have a current list of areas that this courier does not deliver to in the listing so please do check and contact us if in doubt

RETURNS - Procedure for Items purchased in error.

If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, you may cancel the purchase within 30 days of placing your order. Please contact us through eBay or by phone and let us know the item you wish to return and the reasons why.

Returned items must be returned UNUSED in their original condition and packaging and in the same condition in which you received them. You are responsible for the costs of returning your purchase and we recommend you send it recorded delivery. We charge a re-stocking fee of 15% on all goods returned to us that have been bought in error. Please ensure you enclose the delivery slip with your return.

RETURNS - Procedure for Items Received in Error or Faulty Items.

Please initially contact us through eBay or by phone and let us know if the item is received in error or is faulty. We can then arrange to send out a replacement or refund. If the goods are received in error or faulty we will cover the return postage cost. We aim to give 100% customer satisfaction and will do our best to provide a first class efficient service. Occasionally mistakes are made however will do our best to work with you towards a solution that is satisfactory to you. All our items carry an Identifying Security Mark and we do check serial numbers on all returned
