As stated in our return policy we have a no questions asked 14 day return policy. Our thinking is that if there isn't problem within the first 14 days then the watch is very likely to give normal good function. We have a 99% satisfaction rate, however if someone develops a problem even if it is on day 15 we are not going to turn our back; we will do the very best for every customer in each particular situation. It is important to note that mechanically we can’t warranty anything long term, as that is the job of the actual manufacturer. Shipping: Domestic shipping is $30 for FedEx 2 day full insured, $50 for FedEx priority overnight fully insured. For items under $1000 we can arrange for USPS shipping at actual cost if the buyer prefers. International shipping will be handled on a case by case basis; all international bidders are strongly encouraged to contact us prior to bidding to determine costs of shipping. For international purchases: the value that will be declared is the exact sale price of the watch. Any import duties will be the sole responsibility of the buyer; all buyers should be familiar with import taxes in their country and should take that into account.
