Returns are accepted--no questions asked! In the unlikely event
you will need to return your purchase, you must notify us within 7
days of receipt via email or the eBay contact information. Merchandise
must be returned in the same condition and with all the
certificates and packaging that were sent with it within 14 days of
receipt of item. All items must be mailed back fully insured. Once
your return is received, we will refund your money minus shipping.
Shipping will be deducted, even if shipping was free. Special orders and rings that have been re-sized or altered are non-returnable. |
