Please remember that if you would like to return or exchange an item purchased during the return policy period, you must contact our customer service department for a Return Authorization Number.
In order to maintain our exceptionally low prices, as well as the quality of our watches, most timepieces purchased from Timepiecetrading Inc.(except when marked "Final Sale") may be returned in their original, unused condition, within 7 days of original delivery date for a refund. We refund the customer in full with the same method that the payment was received except for our shipping cost. All original factory tape, plastic protectors and stickers must be intact and never removed. If the watch is a special order, which you will be notified at the time of purchase, these terms do not apply. There is no return policy for special orders.
No returns will be accepted without authorization. Please email or call us prior to returning your item, for a return authorization number. All returns are subject to our approval and acceptance. No returns will be authorized after 14 days of your receipt of merchandise.
Please insure all returns for the full value of the contents and retain the shipping receipts for your records. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
