Dallas Vintage Toys's entire mission is to provide toys and collectibles from our childhood to those who are looking for items they once had or items they always wanted. We deal in mainly vintage 1970's to 1990's toys, ie: Variation figures, weapons and parts.

Shipping:

Domestic shipping:
We usually post your item(s) to the post office within 24 hours after your payment has cleared.  We have mail pick-up everyday, 5 days a week at our toy store.
I ship products using USPS, therefore it could take up to 14 days for your item to be delivered.  Usually it gets there in under 5 days.
Delivery Confirmation tracking is included in the shipping price.  We attach the delivery confirmation number through your paypal payment.  You may log into your paypal account to view the status of shipment.  
Local pickup available upon request.

Since we offer multiple shipping options, please tab down to the desired shipping service.  If purchasing multiple items please wait for an invoice.

International shipping:
We usually post your item(s) to the post office within 24 hours after your payment has cleared.  We have mail pick-up everyday, 5 days a week at our toy store.
I ship products using USPS, therefore International shipping can take up to 30 days for your item to be delivered.
Please, be aware of your local customs office for details on how you can claim items if your package has been delayed longer than 15 days above normal delivery time.
Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties and customs fees.

Returns and Refunds:

Return Policy - We are proud to offer 100% satisfaction guarantee within reason.

  • I will accept returns, within 7 days of close of transaction within reason. Returns are based on buyer contact. Please contact us so we can discuss means to an amicable solution.
  • Refund will be made in the same method as it was received by me. (meaning if you paid by Paypal - you will get a Paypal refund.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is mislisted or the order is incorrect.  We try our hardest to provide quick customer service.
Communication
We check email every morning around 11 am Tuesday through Friday.  If you email on the weekend, we will not reply until Tuesday since we have an actual physical store and are not regularly checking email during business hours. If you do not receive a response to your question within 48 hours - it's possible we may not have gotten your email.  Please message us through eBay or call us at our phone number below.
