    We also do not particularly like EBay's and the online seller communities insistence on promoting free shipping as it is another misleading practice in that nothing is really free and you will find our prices plus shipping are frequently the best on the net!  In most cases we are now offering the so called "free shipping" in order to compete effectively, but we want you to know that we find many cases in which our and other sellers non shipping included price plus shipping is lower than other sellers "free shipping" prices!!! If you find a price lower than ours please let us know! 

    ABOUT RESERVE AUCTIONS:

    We feel reserve listings are a misleading practice and best offers are not necessary except for clearance or sale items since 90% or more of our items sell at our original listing price or higher and sometimes for more than our buy it now prices!!!   Reserves are misleading because they show a lower price to buyers and then are not sold at those prices!

    ABOUT ITEM CONDITIONS:

    Many sellers list their item as new and they are actually "new with defects" if you read the item description fully.  Also, you can not tell in the listing title whether an item is new or used or with defects which is confusing to buyers and wastes their time.  99% of our items are new.  We are now listing all items that are new with defects with the New/w/defects in the item title or subtitle.  We have asked Ebay to establish a listing change to make it easier for buyers to see this.

     

    ABOUT DSR SCORES AND FEEDBACK:

    Please note that just one low DSR score or feedback can greatly hurt a seller financially.  We ask you on behalf of all sellers who are diligent in solving problems as we are to understand that Ebay feedback and DSR scores are provably statistically inaccurate at times.  The new inclusion of out of stocks as a negative score for sellers is one of the most statistically inept things that Ebay has ever done because it is highly mathematically biased towards sellers that sell a lot of one thing rather than many things!  Since Jack at Lotzzastuff is a Professor in the Marketing Department at a University we can say this with some authority! We recommend all buyers read the feedback comments of all sellers to get a better idea of their service quality records.
