- Handling time
Most of orders are shipped out within 24hours of payment being received and CLEARED. Please keep in mind that this DOES NOT include weekends. If you place an order on Saturday afternoon, your order will not be shipped until AT LEAST Monday afternoon.

- Customs, Duties and Taxes
Tax Free: Our warehouses are located in the USA, UK, AU and DE. Most majority of orders will be shipped out from local warehouses.
For some items shipping from China, import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying. We do not mark items as "gifts" - Chinese and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. We will put proper value and words on packages for you to exempt duties. So, most of the packages will not be charged for duties or taxes.
- Packaging & Address Requirement
All items are checked before dispatched and are carefully hand-packed by our in-house team. Please be prepared to provide us with a physical address location instead of a P.O. box address. For high value products, we may require verification of your paypal and its registered address before we ship. This is done to protect the interests of both you, the customer, as well as us, the seller.
- Faulty products or missing parts
Due to computer or human error, sometimes wrong happen. We are happy to replace or refund faulty goods and aim to resolve any issue quickly and to your satisfaction.
