Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery date for a refund. All returned merchandise must be returned in the condition it arrived including all original packaging and accessories in order to receive a refund. We will credit the cost of the merchandise according to your method of payment. If for any reason this return policy is not strictly adhered to, Guarantee Cellular will not be responsible for issuing any refunds and will not do so. Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items purchased from Guarantee Cellular in accordance with the conditions set forth herein. For Canada or other international returns, the shipping costs as well as the import duties and fees required for return shipping will not be refunded. International orders will also be subject to the conditions as stated above.

Warranty Claims:

Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer. In no event shall Guarantee Cellular be liable for any consequential damages or any labor, material, freight or expense required to replace or repair the product. Shipping Damages:

If an item reaches you in damaged condition, save the shipping carton and notify Guarantee Cellular immediately. Please do not return damaged or broken merchandise to us unless you receive our instructions to do so. This is necessary so that you do not lose your right to file a claim. Q:What does "factory refurbished" mean?
A:A refurbished device typically refers to a model that has been returned to the manufacturer, tested for problems, and restored to full-functioning, factory-standard condition. In general, refurbished devices include lightly or gently used models.

Q:What does "Used" condition mean?
A:The device was owned and/or used by a consumer prior to this sale and was then returned or exchanged. These devices are 100% fully functional.

Q:Are these devices original or generic copies?

Q:What are 'APN' Settings?
A:The Access Point Name (APN) is the name for the settings your phone reads to set up a connection to the gateway between your carrier's cellular network and the public Internet. Your device may need to have the 'APN' settings reconfigured to receive full access to your carrier’s data plan. Please reference the video below for additional assistance.
 






Q:What is an "Unlocked" device?
A:"Unlocked" means that the device is not specific to any particular carrier and can be used on any network. GSM devices cannot be used on Verizon or Sprint. Unlocked phones can be used with multiple carriers such as AT&T or T-Mobile. Simply put, if your& cell phone is unlocked it can be used with more than one wireless carrier.

Q: What is a "Locked" device?
A: Locked devices can only be used with the intended carrier. If a device was made for AT&T, you would not be able to use it with T-Mobile. Devices made for Verizon or Sprint cannot be used with any other carriers.

Q: Which operating system will my device run on?
A:Due to the large volume of our inventory we are unable to guarantee which version operating system your device will be running on when you receive it.
