This is probably my favorite coarse stone in the coarse stone category of my ebay store. So what is a good sharpening stone? It’s a stone that cuts fast like the stone with lower grit, polishes like the stone with higher grit, and stays flat longer than its other competitors, all checked. This is one of the stones I bring to my sharpening work, it is perfect to quickly get rid of micro chips on knives.
