Payment is expected within three business days of purchase. We prefer PayPal but also accept credit cards.
Shipping
Please allow 2 to 3 days for the processing of non-personalized items and 3 to 5 days for personalized items. In few cases our personalized items may take up to two weeks. Most items are shipped via FedEx or UPS. Shipping is flat rate or calculated based on your location, unless stated as FREE. If Express shipping is needed please contact us first for additional charges. Please note FedEx and UPS do not ship to P.O. Box and APO/FPO. You MUST use a fixed address.
Terms of Sale
Personalized or customized items are non-refundable. If your item arrived damaged please inform us immediately with details of the damage and pictures if possible. Personalized items that are damaged during shipping will be exchanged only. We are not responsible for spelling errors provided to us by you on your personalized items, you will have to make your purchase again. Non-personalized items are returnable up to 14 days unless noted otherwise. You can complete your return on eBay by returning to the transaction and clicking on the "Return" link. From there you can print a return shipping label which will track the item. Once it arrives you will receive a refund minus shipping paid. If the Retrun link is not available, your item was not eligible for returns or you have exceeded the return window.
