Buyer can send payment with shipping to get items on the way to them faster. Seller only accepts Paypal due to Ebay rules. Buyer to pay shipping unless otherwise specified in auction. Seller is not responsible for any uninsured items lost or damaged in shipping. Any claims to be handled by buyer. If your item is damaged in shipping, you must file a claim with your local post office. I keep all insurance forms on file and will send it to you along with a receipt for your item. Returns accepted only if the item is not as described in the E-bay listing. Ebay has changed its feedback, now there is a star rating. Although it states this does not affect the seller in anyway, it really does! I leave feedback once payment is received and urge buyers to do the same once they have inspected their new items. If you, as the buyer, for any reason, are not happy, and are inclined to leave less than a five star feedback for me, please contact me right away by email so the situation can be resolved. All of our auctions are described to the best of our ability. We cannot and do not warranty or guarantee any particular part or item for any particular application. Know and understand what you are buying before you bid. Ask any questions before you bid. We try to check our Email twice a day. I do try to combine shipping wherever feasible. Most of our auctions are for domestic sales only and listed as such. Shipping is clearly marked for each auction, I only ship outside of the continental United States via USPS Priority Mail, no exceptions. A lot of our items are new, some are used, and some have no moving parts. We describe everything we can see or feel but all sales are “AS IS”. We only accept Paypal at this time and that is Ebay's rule, not ours.. Other forms of payment will be returned and after notifying Ebay of unpaid status, feedback will be left. Any payment not received within 3 days will result in sale being cancelled, item relisted, Ebay notified, and feedback left.
