Figures are either standard vinyl figures or vinyl bobble head figure. If it is a bobble head, then this is shown on the menu

We do our very best to ensure only good quality items are shipped but due to the very nature of the product, we cannot guarantee perfection. This is a mass produced product and variations and minor blemishes may occur on the product. We also understand the importance of the retail packaging to some collectors but cannot guarantee that every box will be pristine. They are all new and arrive with us in boxes of 6 units but Funko packing is not always perfect and minor creases may be present on the boxes.

The seller reserves the right to substitute the named postal/shipping services for equivalent or better services from other carriers.
