We only accept immediate payment through PayPal.

 

Customers are guaranteed a refund during 7 days after received the item, if any problems occurred, please contact us for exchange or refunds.

Postage costs are not refundable, unless wrong item sent or item damaged before dispatching, return postage compensation applies to the same situation.

Returned item must not be scratched, washed, and must be with tags and with original packaging in resalable condition. 

 

Once the payment is cleared, the item will be shipped the next available working day by Royal Mail Standard Small Packet service. Usually takes 2 - 3 working days to arrive in the UK, and takes 7 - 14 working days for other European customers. If you still not received the item within the suggested shipping period, please contact us, because it may considered a lost during postage or a mistake in our dispatching process.
