Flexible Flyer sled decal. Actual decal measures 7 1/4" by 3". On the back are instructions on how to apply it. I'm guessing it is about 40 to 50 years old. Made by The Meyercord Co. Carol Stream ( Wheaton) Illinois.  The back paper shows some light staining.
