Incredible & Rare Early Trifari “Jewels of India” Fur Clip from the late 1930s designed by Alfred Philippe
Shield shape that consists of open-back sapphire and ruby faceted rectangular stones, emerald navettes, a sapphire elongated faceted diamond shaped stone at the top, high-dome glass emerald cabochons and a large and luscious open-back multi-faceted pear shaped glass Ruby Stone in the center. Ornate gold-plated pierced scroll design with rope designed bezel border around center stone.
I have never seen this exact design before and find it to be extremely oppulent.
