 ● Shipping: We ship out by Canada Post 2-3 times a week. If your postal or zip code is inputted, then the shipping calculation is figured out for you by ebay.  If not, or international buyers contact us for shipping price.   We do not ship on weekends or holidays.  Please note that shipping might be delayed depending on the regulations of customs office, weather conditions, etc.

● Return Policy:  Some items are returnable-   Check policy in listing.  Many costumes and theatrical items are not returnable due to the nature of the product and for sanitary reasons, so I do my best to describe them in listing, and measurements are quite accurate. You may return the item within reason if we have greatly misrepresented the description. Remember, used and Vintage items will show some wear.  Please check sizing before buying!  With costumes, it is usually best to leave a bit of room (maybe an inch or two) for freedom of movement.  Footwear measurements are based on North American (USA and Canada) standardized sizing. If it fits differently than a measured foot size, then we will specify the suggested fit. New leather shoes should fit snug as they need to be broken in and soft leather will stretch.  If you have a question, please ask.
