Before anyone reads further I would just like to ask that you spare me your explanations of why the price is “too high”. I do not need to sell this car. I love it and have no reason to sell besides wanting a different car a tad bit more. I have WELL over $10k in maintenance and modifications plus the $20k I paid for the car in November. I'll let the other car pass me by before I pass on all of my expenses to someone else at the same price as other 4.8s listed online with no maintenance. If I don’t get my asking or close to it then I will continue enjoying and driving my X. The car does have a lien so the title takes 5 to 7 business days from date of payment. I am willing to negotiate people using my registered and insured plates in the interim as long as they are added to insurance but this is dependent of purchaser, location, etc.

This is not your typical X5 in regard to maintenance and up keep. I do not screw around with maintenance and try to get my cars as close to original condition as possible. I purchased the car with 59k back in November from a guy in NC that was a dealer reselling it for someone else. I show as the third owner but the second one owned the car for a very brief period. I flew to North Carolina to get this car to avoid having one that is all corroded underneath from salt. With the exception of this winter (where I pressure washed the undercarriage every week) the car never saw snow. The undercarriage is literally flawless with every bolt and nut looking brand new.
With the Dynavin the car has every option available stateside (that I knew of) plus whatever the dynavin offers (reverse camera, tv, dvd in motion, live traffic, etc). It was just professionally detailed by Driven Perfection in Weymouth, MA last week.

Exterior Condition:
The car is near perfect. There is no rust anywhere on the car or the undercarriage. There are no dings or dents in any panels. There is one scratch on the hood from not being careful with the snow brush and a few rock chips. Overall the car cleans up to near showroom floor condition (I will have evidence of that Monday when my detailer gets done going through it).

Interior Condition:
The fronts seats are being refinished Monday but even now are in great shape with no scratches or tears (I just want them perfect) and the rear seats look like no one ever sat in them. The door panels are in great shape (front have some scratches also being repaired Monday) and the carpet is flawless (no tears or wear). The interior doesn’t creak and crack and it cleans up to a 9 out of 10.

Engine and drivetrain:
The car is perfect. Any issue that arose or looked like it may arise got addressed immediately. All adaptations or software updated have been done and are up to date. It doesn’t shake, vibrate, idle funny, or hesistate. It pulls like a freight train in every single gear and doesn’t burn a DROP of oil (I change my oil every 4500 and never have to top off) which is rare with the N62s. This car has low mileage compared to others available and maintenance that you likely can’t get with any other 4.8’s available

Price:
I am not interested in hearing why it’s not worth that or shown comparisons. I know it’s priced higher than any other on the market (my last one was too and the owner still keeps in touch telling me how great the car has been). This is likely the most headache free and reliable 4.8iS you can find on the market. It’s an enthusiast car that I will gladly keep if the car I want sells or if I can’t get what I want. If someone really wants this car with a lot of life left this is it. I do have a lean on the car - details can be worked out with buyer.

I can also set up an extended warranty for 50k or two years at additional cost to the buyer for around $2800 that covers every single component of these cars including transmission and engine seals.
