YOU MUST INSPECT THE TV BEFORE SIGNING FOR THE SHIPMENT. Please inspect the TV itself, not only the carton box – if the TV is damaged or not working properly you must refuse delivery and contact us at 718.554.7299. Any damages must be noted on Bill of Lading – it must be written down by the delivery team when they are there with you. All reports regarding damages needs to be submitted upon delivery, and in any case no later than 24hrs after delivery.

Limitation to delivery zone:

We can only ship to the 48 contiguous states.

And within the 48 states there is additional charge for remote areas - some final destinations are not within normal shipping radius and require "per quote" shipping & handling surcharges both on standard curbside delivery as well as white glove delivery; for all television monitors 55" or bigger.

Television Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your TV purchase, you may return any factory-sealed new Television within 30 days from the shipping date. We will gladly exchange it or give you a refund, whichever you prefer. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include all the original packing material, manuals, and accessories.

For returns of New, unopened TVs you will pay the return shipping and a restocking fee of 5%. You will also need to pay for the shipping to you. This is special service shipping with private tracking, and you will need to pay the cost of it, even if the price on eBay is set to “free shipping”.

For returns of open box items - All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include all the original packing material, manuals, and accessories. restocking fee for opened and non-defective items will be 10-25% depending on item condition. If the item is not new meaning it is in used condition when received by us, then it will be subject to higher restocking fee; estimation will be provided once we receive the TV.


Payment

TVs bigger than 50” are shipped only to USA 48 contiguous states.

You can pay with PayPal or Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover).

We can only ship to the address we receive from PayPal or is verified for your credit card.

We cannot ship to any address you give us over the phone, email or eBay message. Please make sure you choose the correct address when you make the payment. We will not be able to change the shipping address after payment is made. If you have any questions please contact us before paying and we will be happy to help.

Additional Verification
Sometimes we need to contact you for additional verification. This may happen if your PayPal address is unconfirmed or if your credit card needs additional verification, or in other occasions.
