We strive for the best customer service to match the quality products we sell. Please contact our customer support department for product inquiries or if you are unsure about sizing. Sizing may vary between styles and brands. We are not responsible if the buyer purchases an incorrect size. To avoid unnecessary apparel and footwear returns, we recommend trying on a similar style in a local store if possible before purchasing. Our support staff is also here to provide you with any additional measurements you may need.

Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates and International Orders
We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii and US Protectorates, but there may be additional surcharge for shipping. Please contact us for more information.

One week extra handling time may be needed for orders shipping outside of the 48 contiguous states.

International Buyers – Please Note: 
All items ship from the United States. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Returns

1. Returns must be in original packaging and unused condition. Please include a copy of the receipt or invoice and reason for return. Refunds will be issued within 1-2 business days of receiving returned merchandise.

2. Shipping charges are non-refundable on returns not related to misshipments or defective merchandise. 
For returns of free-shipping items, standard shipping rates will be deducted from the refund.

3. For exchanges, the buyer is responsible for both the return shipping and the replacement shipping cost.

4. When returning a product, please ensure that the item is properly packaging.

5. We will provide return shipping in the case where (a) item was damaged or (b) received the wrong product. In these situations, please do not ship the package back to us without consulting our support staff in advance. We may not be able to reimburse the shipping cost.

Warranty

Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer and are only applicable to items sold within the US. Warranty is provided by manufacturers for their respective products. Warranty information may be found on the manufacturers website. Defective product may be returned anytime within the manufacturer’s warranty period.
