Shipping:
- We ship directly from California, USA
- Once payment is cleared, orders will be shipped the same business day if placed before 8:00 AM PST Monday - Friday. Otherwise, it will be shipped the following business day.
- Sales tax is required for all California orders unless a reseller's permit is provided.
- All orders will be shipped directly to the address provided during checkout. We are not responsible for any incorrectly delivered items due to an incorrect address being inputted.
- International Buyers – Please be advised that any VAT, tax, or duties are subject to the purchaser. ExpertBattery will not be responsible for the covering of these costs.

- Upon checkout, eBay may provide an “Estimated Delivery Date”. Please note that these dates are provided by eBay and not us (ExpertBattery). The dates provided are merely estimates by eBay and may not be accurate. Delivery dates can only be determined by USPS and will depend on the type of delivery service selected.
As stated under the estimated delivery dates information: “Estimated delivery dates include seller's handling time, and will depend on shipping service selected and receipt of cleared payment. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.”
If additional postage is due upon receipt, please contact us prior to rejecting the package or payment of the package. We will not be responsible for the cost difference if payment is made prior to contacting us.
Returns:
- The warranty begins from the date of purchase.
- We provide a 30 day money back guarantee on non-defective, undamaged products. Restocking fees and other fees may apply upon the condition of the returned item. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- All returned products (Replacement or Refund) must obtain an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization #) prior to returning Returns without an RMA # clearly written on the box or label will not be accepted. Return shipping is to be paid for by the buyer.
- To obtain an RMA #, please contact us through the eBay messaging system with your eBay user ID, eBay item ID #, and a brief description about your item condition and/or service requested. We will work on resolving your particular case ASAP.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect, modification, alteration, misuse, repair, modification or physical damages.
- All NON-SELLER mistake's/ returns are subject to a minimum of 20% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for all return shipping expenses. (Example: purchasing the wrong item or cancelling after the item shipped.)
- Warranty will be provided to the original purchaser only. The warranty will not renew once a replacement has been issuesd.
- Items that have been forwarded outside of the U.S will not be covered by our warranty
