We offer FREE next working day delivery on selected items within England & Wales as long as all orders are recieved before 2PM Monday to Thursday. Orders placed Friday before 2PM will arrive on Monday's. (Please refer to individual products listings for accurate delivery times)

Customers should take into consideration their own availability to receive an item when placing an order. Items can often go out of stock quickly around busy periods such as summer holidays, bank holidays and Christmas. If you have received a 'Missed Delivery Card' setails of who to contact will be on the card to enable you to make alternative arrangements. Please note that if goods are not re-booked for delivery or collected from the local depot within a certain time, they may be returned to the manufacturer as a failed delivery. This will typically result in a further delivery cost to the customer should we have to rearrange a second delivery.

Failed Deliveries

(Booked with the customer) Failed deliveries resulting in the need for items to be returned to our warehouse may incur a charge for re-delivery. To clarify, this is where we have booked the delivery with the customer, but the customer is not at home when we arrive.

Damages

Although every effort is made to deliver your goods in perfect condition, unfortunately occasionally for reasons beyond our control damages can occur. In this event please make sure you follow the instructions below.

Please make sure you thoroughly check your delivery prior to signing for it, as any damage to boxes or items may not be able to be claimed for unless signed as "DAMAGED" upon receipt.

If you receive a delivery that is damaged please sign as such and call us to advise as soon as possible. This is vital as we can take it up with the manufacturer on your behalf to resolve the problem effectively. If you do sign for it as received then we may not be able to replace any breakages that are notified to us after.

Our aim is to provide complete customer satisfaction. We aim to deliver all items in a timely and efficient manner, and our customer service team and specialist delivery companies are always on hand to help with customer queries and questions. Cancellations Orders

can only be cancelled with us prior to shipping with no fees being incurred. Once your order has been processed and you have been notified by email, we can no longer process cancellations without potentially incurring charges as at this point it is possible that your order is on a vehicle.

We can arrange to have items collected should you decide you do not want them, however there will be a cost involved depending on the number of items and volume that can range from £15-£50 + VAT. These figures should be used as a guideline only as each order will be treated on an individual basis. All goods may be returned under the Distance Selling Regulations, and unwanted goods must be returned at the consumers cost under these regulations.

Return or Exchange an item:

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to a full refund for any item purchased from us, within 14 days from date of purchase.Please note the item must be unused and with all packaging and tags still attached.

Payment and Price:

Delivery Times:

Risk:

As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.

Time Limitation for Notification of Claims:

Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note. It will then be your responsibility to sign for the item as damaged and inform us within 48 hours after delivery.

Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 48 hours after delivery.

Incorrect Goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 48 hours after delivery.

Non-Deliveries: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 48 hours from the expected delivery date.

Product Guarantees:

Furniture: All furniture supplied is covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer's Guarantee for a period of 1 year. Mattresses also come with a Manufacturer's Guarantee of 1 year with the exception of Memory Foam mattresses which come with a guarantee of 5 years.

Designer Goods: All designer goods such as watches and other jewellery are covered by the limited warranty provided by Stag Stores Limited for a period of 2-year. The limited 2-year warranty covers mechanical faults or breakdown only, i.e. problems with the timekeeping element (movement) which is down to manufacturing defect, where it has been deemed by the supplier of the item that it was not "fit for purpose" before sale. This warranty excludes any kind of accidental damage. All our watches are supplied without the manufacturer's warranty (unless otherwise stated), beware of any sellers claiming manufacturer's warranty as this is generally not valid.

Mechanical or other faults which are a result of mishandling, negligence or shock from subjecting the watch to rigorous activities such as vibration or dropping are not covered under any circumstances.

The warranty does not cover damages such as scratches, finish, crystals or glass, leather or fabric straps, damage due to excessive wear and tear, damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations and damage due to physical and/or accidental abuse. Watches opened or repaired by any other source will void all warranties.

Returned Goods & Cancellation of Orders:

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, it is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging. Please note: You may be required to provide photographic evidence of any damaged goods before a replacement or return can be authorised. When returning items you will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. Additionally our postage costs will be deducted from any amounts refunded. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 48 hours of the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel may be revoked.

Complaints:

If you should feel the need to make a complaint for whatever reason we would appreciate if you could email or phone us. Your complaint will be taken seriously, we will investigate and will do the utmost to rectify any problem, while keeping you informed of the outcome.

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery for all our designer goods such as watches and other jewellery. We use a nationwide courier service for all our furniture deliveries. It is therefore very important that you check the goods prior to accepting delivery. By signing for the goods you are confirming that all items have been delivered undamaged. No claims for damaged goods will be accepted once you have signed for the order.
