All items will be dispatched royal mail 1st Class or 2nd Class, within 24 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. It most cases items take 3-5 working days to arrive; however we do advise buyers to wait at least 3-5 working days before contacting us. International orders can take between 7-10 working days to arrive after despatch.

We have very low postage rates that do not supplement our profits and we offer free postage on many of our listings!

Warranty

All Dvrs and Cameras come under 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. Any accessories or gifts bought are not covered by warranty. Warranty does not cover service or replacements made necessarry by any external cause including without limitation, rust, corrosion, lightning, fire, theft, acts of nature, negligence, misuse, abuse, alteration, installation, delivery, damage, water, unauthorized repairs, power failure or shortage.

During this period, we will repair or replace a defective product or part with a new or refurbished item. Repairs will be processed through the manufacturer, we will assist in the repair procedure in any way we can to expedite the process. The user is responsible for all transportation and insurance charges for the product return to us.

Refund

Under the refund policy, Products may be returned for refund or replacement within 14 days from the purchase date, providing it is unused, compelete and in a saleable condition for a full refund. You must make sure that you test the item before physically installing it.

If product is damage on receipt you must notfity within 48 hours of receipt of the item.

We will refund the return delivery charge if a product is faulty, damage or described incorrectly but not because is unwanted anymore. We only will accept returns that are in the same condition as were supplied. You must have taken reasonable care to not mark or damage the product.

We will inspect returned items carefully upon receipt, If there is an evidence found that the item is not in the the same physical state and reasonable care has not been taken with them, then unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund.

Faulty items if your item develops a fault please notify us If the fault has developed within 14 days of purchase date we will offer a refund or replacement, including original postage costs or a replacement product once the original product has been returned to us for checking and verification of the fault. If the fault develops after 14 days but within the 1year warranty please contact us via my eBay and we will repair or replace it once the original product has been returned to the our team for checking and verification of the fault.

If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, no product or postage costs will be refunded.

Under the circumstances that product needed to be returned for any reason. If you lose the original package. You must pack the product well with bubble warps and ensure products are well boxed. If there are multiple items needed to be returned, they needed to be wrapped by bubbles wraps separately. It is to ensure the collision does not occur during delivery. If the returned products/s haven’t been return in good packaging condition. We might not be able to repair or refund the product.

We will refund your return postage for second class standard postage, up to a maximum of €3.90 (proof of postage is enough). If you wish to add additional insurance or expedited delivery this is at your cost.
