PayPal is the only payment method we accept. We require cleared payment before your order is dispatched.
After your payment has been cleared we will usually dispatched you item within 1 working day.
If your place your order before 12 midday we will dispatch on the same day.
Our standard delivery charge is £2.99 per item for Standard delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class) unless otherwise stated on the website.

As soon as your order is dispatched from our Warehouse you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way. Your item will usually be dispatched within 48 hours.
At Capo Clothing we want your to happy with your purchase, it the event that the item you have purchased is unsuitable for you we are happy to refund or exchange, providing it is:
You have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our goods whilst they are in your possession and during transit. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged when they are returned, and request that you use a tracked or recorded service.
If the item you receive is faulty, damaged or the wrong item has been sent, please follow our returns instructions and we shall refund you in full.
With the exception of faulty or damaged goods, if you return your purchase after 14 days of receiving your order, we reserve the right to not offer you a refund. We will instead return your original purchase to you and prior to sending it out, you will be charged the delivery fee that is applicable to the postage for the item(s).
In the unlikely event of an item being received damaged or faulty you have 28 days from date of despatch to report this to us for Return.
To arrange an exchange or refund all we ask is for you to contact us through eBay messages, and we will be more that happy to arrange this for you.
When we receive your item back to us in our warehouse, we will inspect you item and usually process a refund in 24-48 Hours.
Any Purchase made between the 1st November & 24th December can be returned up until the 14th January
