-> This is a FULL VERSION of the software and NOT AN UPGRADE version, so you will need to do a CLEAN/CUSTOM INSTALLATION. Installation Instructions will be provided.

-> The software will install on any computer that meets the minimum technical specifications.

-> The DVD is new and unused. The Licence sticker might show signs of wear and tear (as it comes from a decommissioned machine).

-> The Product key in the Licence sticker is guaranteed to activate 1PC.

-> You will receive the DVD and License key in accordance with the Software Licensing rights of Microsoft. As such your item will be shipped with the original PC; a Dell E6400, which still has the original motherboard but is damaged beyond economic repair.

-> This is an OEM product so it does not come in a retail package. The images are shown for illustration purposes only.

We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries in the UK. Customers in the United Kingdom will receive their orders within 2 working days from dispatch (1st Class mail). Customers in the EU will receive their orders within 5 working days from dispatch. Customers in the USA and Canada will receive their order within 7 working days from dispatch.

Customers in the USA and Canada are responsible for any customs or import taxes due on the order.

Returns are accepted for 14 days from receipt of item as per Distance Selling Regulations.

Most returns are started due to problems faced by our customers during installation. Almost all these problems can be easily solved if you contact us directly on nexus_software@yahoo.co.uk.

We will answer your questions quickly and provide technical help. Furthermore, we will provide a replacement item if the problem cannot be solved by our technical advice. By contacting us directly, we will be able to help you much more quickly.

If we cannot solve your problems by providing technical help or by replacing the item, then we will refund you fully including your return costs.

Ebay Policy :  OEM, bundled, or recovery software may be listed only if it is included along with the original hardware, such as the motherboard, hard drive, or computer sold with the OEM software. For OEM software, your software will be bundled with a non-working PC Motherboard. This item is also not intended for use by general consumers.

Microsoft Policy States: "Large brand-name computer manufacturers, such as Dell and Compaq, often include OEM software on non-holographic “recovery” or “reinstallation”  discs that show the manufacturer’s brand name. These software packages are typically marked with a phrase that states, for instance, “For Distribution with a new Dell PC only.” Recovery or re-installation software is licensed only for distribution with new computers and can be redistributed only with the computer for which it was initially distributed. Distributing such software with individual PC hardware components (e.g. hard drive; RAM) does not comply with Microsoft’s OEM distribution requirements." In compliance with the above, we confirm that you will receive an original Microsoft Disc, and that the decommissioned PC is also included in this sale, however the Dell PC models vary and all are damaged beyond economic repair.
